Keto Cookie Base

Ingredients

Directions

  • 200g almond meal

  • 85g monk fruit

  • 100g ghee

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup sugarfree choc chips

  • 45g shredded coconut

  • 3 tbsp collagen powder

  • 2 tsps baking powder

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined

  • Roll into tablespoon sized balls and press down with a fork

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden

Variations

  • Choc Chip: Add 1/4 cup choc chips

  • Jam Drops: Make a hole in the centre of each cookie and add 1 teaspoon of sugar-free jam.

  • White chocolate & macadamia: Add 1/4 chopped sugar-free white chocolate & 1/4 chopped macadamias

  • Orange Cardamom: Add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom & 4 drops of orange essential oil or orange extract.
